In connection with the purchase of this note, Earthworm Foundation received the equivalent of 50,000 USD charitable giving from HSBC Bank Plc

This approach aligns with ICBC Luxembourg’s objectives by supporting a non-profit organisation with a focus on nature. Following the HSBC Note purchase, Earthworm Foundation received the equivalent of 50,000 USD from HSBC Bank Plc. The payment of this amount is separate to the terms and conditions of the Note and the proceeds of the Note. For the avoidance of doubt, the proceeds from the issuance of the Note will be used by HSBC for general corporate purposes.
